What is Kingdom Kids?
Kingdom Kids is a children’s discipleship ministry designed to help children grow in their knowledge of God, His Word, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through Bible teaching, catechism, Scripture memory, fellowship, and age-appropriate activities, children are encouraged to know, love, and follow Christ.
When does Kingdom Kids meet?
Kingdom Kids meets on two Sundays per month from 12:30–2:30 p.m. throughout the school year, running from September through May.
What do the children learn in Kingdom Kids?
Children are taught the big story of Scripture: creation, fall, redemption, and restoration. They learn key doctrines of the Christian faith, including who God is, what the Bible is, why people are made in God’s image, what sin is, who Jesus is, how He saves sinners, and how Christians are called to live.
The older children also work through selected questions from the Baptist Catechism, along with Scripture memory verses that help reinforce each lesson.
What happens every week at Kingdom Kids?
Each Kingdom Kids meeting includes a shared meal, Bible teaching, catechism instruction, Scripture memory, discussion, activities, and time for fellowship. Children are divided into age-appropriate groups so that lessons and activities can be taught in a way that best serves their stage of learning.
Our goal is to provide a structured, joyful, and Christ-centered environment where children are discipled in the truth of God’s Word.

How do I know my child will be safe?
- Safety is of great importance to us! We have taken every measure possible to keep all participants safe. We have:
- CCTV in main hallways, classrooms, and main areas
- ALL AWANA volunteers must be interviewed and pass an extensive background check BEFORE volunteering
- Two adults must be present at all times for safety and accountability
- Bathroom safety policy is followed when it comes to helping our younger clubbers when it comes to bathroom breaks
